Anyway, Hater, in case you change your mind, Chris and I saved aside three CD's just for folks like you who live out of state. BUT, I totally understand the PayPal thing. I don't use credit cards at all, and have never bought anything using PayPal myself, so I'll be damned if I'll expect anyone else to.
Of course, you're also more than welcome to send us a check (and there's no charge for shipping), but I know that's a hassle, too--writing the check, finding a stamp, looking all over the house and not finding an envelope so you have to take the last one someone sent you and turn it inside out so the old addresses don't show--I don't blame you if you'd rather wait six weeks. And we can always add the CD we were saving for you to the next batch we send Chris and Holly--which WILL, by the way, be well within the next six weeks. It goddamn well BETTER be, or I'm gonna fix this printer so it will never work AGAIN. -

And Holly, I guess that means that you definitely won't have to hold onto one for me, so one more deserving bay area soul can now have one. -

OK, Holly--cool! The great thing is, we just got a brand-new crappy old computer, so now Chris can work on fixing and re-fixing our printer to pump out CD covers while I continue to spend all day having fun online writing to y'all. Oh, and you know what? We forgot to send you guys our folk CD, Demon Lover. (Sorry--it isn't nearly as cool as it sounds. That was deliberately false advertising--naming it after the song with the coolest title. No demons--not a one--let alone SEX with demons. Although . . . fuck! We sure did get reamed out by a fundamentalist Christian when we were performing and selling that CD at Pike Place Market. Phew! It's been more than a year, but I still can't think about it without laughing, then fuming, then laughing, then fuming some more.)
All this talk about Barnes and Callahan and the bookshelf in the back of the truck is putting us in a highly excited and distracted state of mind. Any way you could make a video?"

I'll bet you told me at least once--I'm all mixed up about where my new friends live and who they're visiting, what with Hater going out there in six weeks and . . . and . . . well, I guess that's the only other thing confusing me. BUT I'M VERYCONFUSED!!!
Anyway, what I'm getting at is that you're more than welcome to come to us! But if you're like me and the pre-PayPal Hater, and don't like the fuss of mail-order, you're also more than welcome to go to our good friends Chris and Holly.
